1. Introduction Welcome to Paide, a global marketplace for salary-guaranteed micro-loans. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility To use Paide, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Employers must register and create profiles to enable their employees to access salary advance loans.
3. Account Registration You must register an account to use Paide’s services. During registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
4. Loan Terms Loans available on Paide are based on salary guarantees and AI-generated credit profiles. Terms of loans, including interest rates and repayment periods, will vary. All loans must comply with Paide’s specified interest rate and term limitations (1% to 72% APR, 1 to 12 months).
5. Fees and Charges Paide charges a 1% platform fee on all loan repayments. For example, on a $100 loan at 10% APR, a 1% fee will be assessed on the total repayment, resulting in $109.89 returned to the lender.
6. User Conduct You agree to use Paide’s services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our platform, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activities, violating intellectual property rights, or other illegal acts.
7. Data Privacy Paide respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Security Paide uses robust security measures, including full KYC registration, biometric verification, and government-issued ID verification, to ensure compliance and protect against fraud.
9. Disclaimers Paide services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or loan provided on our platform.
10. Limitation of Liability Paide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
